Please note that all our products are made to order and handcrafted by our artisans, with countless hours of love and skill poured into each piece. No two items are ever identical—each bears unique variations and imperfections that reflect the authenticity and beauty of handmade craftsmanship. These rustic details are what make our products stand out, as they are not machine-made but created with care and tradition. Please understand this when making your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, please reach out to discuss your concerns, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

That said, we want you to love your handcrafted purchase and understand if you need to return your product. We offer a 14-day period from the date of receipt for you to return your goods to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.  Please note that imperfections in paint or craft (for example) do not count as ‘faulty’ and will not be treated as such.
